Natasha & Jack’s Elegant Oddfellows on the Park Wedding

A Stylish Spring Celebration Filled With Natural Moments and Timeless Details

Natasha and Jack’s elegant spring wedding at Oddfellows on the Park was a beautiful blend of style, warmth and effortless celebration. Held in May 2019, their day unfolded in soft seasonal light, with relaxed moments in the gardens, thoughtful details and a joyful atmosphere from morning preparations through to the evening. Set against the characterful backdrop of this iconic Cheadle venue, their celebration felt timeless, refined and full of the understated elegance that suits Oddfellows so well.

Spring suits Oddfellows on the Park perfectly — blossom trees in the Parlour Room, soft light drifting through Bruntwood Park, and that blend of historic mansion charm with playful, contemporary design. This wedding brought all of that to life in the most effortless way.

Morning Prep in the Boutique Suites

The day began in the Kendal Suite and the Galloping Major Suite, both full of natural light and the stylish, characterful touches Oddfellows is known for. Quirky details — the patterned wallpaper, the gold‑framed mirror, the zebra‑patterned carpet — added personality to the morning without ever distracting from the calm, spring atmosphere.

A Blossom‑Filled Ceremony in the Parlour Room

The Parlour Room is always beautiful, but in spring it feels especially elegant. The couple married beneath soft blossom trees, surrounded by modern interiors and the warm, intimate feel that makes this boutique hotel so distinctive. It’s a space that balances historic architecture with contemporary style, and it photographed beautifully.

Spring Portraits in Bruntwood Park

After the ceremony, we stepped out into Bruntwood Park — tree‑lined paths, the woodland edge, and that fresh spring greenery that gives Oddfellows its unmistakable setting. The quirky staircase inside the mansion, with its framed artwork, also made the perfect stop for a few portraits before heading to the reception.

A Stylish Ballroom Reception

The Ballroom was dressed for a spring wedding breakfast: blossom centrepieces, soft candlelight and long tables that suited the elegant, modern feel of the day. Speeches brought out the full range of emotion — family laughter, heartfelt moments and the kind of reactions that make documentary photography shine.

Evening Celebrations and Live Music

As the lights dipped, the Ballroom transformed into a lively, colourful party space. Live musicians, a packed dancefloor and the bride surrounded by her closest friends created a brilliant, high‑energy finish. Oddfellows’ playful design and modern interiors always come alive at night, and this spring celebration was no exception.

A Wedding Full of Character and Style

This elegant spring wedding captured everything that makes Oddfellows on the Park such a standout Manchester venue — boutique charm, stylish interiors, quirky details and the natural beauty of Bruntwood Park just steps away. A day full of personality, warmth and effortless modern romance.
