You’ll have me — Stephen — photographing your wedding personally. If your package includes a second photographer, I’ll bring along someone I know and trust from my network of full‑time professional wedding photographers. They’re experienced, reliable, and match the standard of work I deliver.

I’m based in Cheshire and Manchester, photographing weddings throughout the North West, across the UK, and internationally.

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. I photograph weddings all over the UK and abroad. UK travel is included in my full‑day packages, and for destination weddings I simply ask for travel and accommodation to be covered.

Can we meet you before the wedding?

Can we have a pre‑wedding shoot?

Absolutely. Every full‑day package includes a pre‑wedding shoot. It’s a relaxed, fun session where we can get to know each other and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We can head to a favourite park, woodland, or a bold urban location — whatever feels like you.

Can we provide a shot list?

I work in a documentary style, so I focus on capturing the natural flow of your day. However, I always welcome a short list of essential family groupings or must‑have moments to ensure nothing important is missed.

How many photographs will we receive?

I typically take 4,000–6,000 images throughout the day before carefully selecting the strongest moments. You’ll receive a minimum of 500 fully edited photographs, often more, all delivered in your private online gallery.

Do you do family group shots?

Yes. I recommend keeping group photos simple and focused so you can get back to enjoying your day. We’ll plan them in advance to keep everything smooth and efficient.

Do you bring backup equipment?

Always. I carry multiple professional cameras, lenses, memory cards, and lighting equipment — plus backups for everything. Your day is too important to leave anything to chance.

I dress smartly and blend in like a guest. My aim is to move quietly and unobtrusively so I can capture natural moments without drawing attention.

Do we need to provide a meal?

It’s not required, but it’s always appreciated. A short break during the wedding breakfast helps me recharge and be ready for the evening celebrations.

Your full gallery is typically ready within 8–10 weeks, depending on the season. I take great care with editing to ensure every image reflects my style and the atmosphere of your day.

Your images are delivered through a beautifully designed Pic‑Time online gallery. You can view, download, favourite, and share your photos easily, and the gallery includes a premium print store for albums, wall art, and fine‑art prints.

Can our family order prints or albums?

Absolutely. Your gallery makes it simple for family and friends to order prints or albums directly. If they’d like their own bespoke album, that can be arranged too.

Do you provide RAW files?

No. RAW files are unfinished and don’t reflect my editing style or the final experience I want you to have. Every delivered image is individually edited to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.

How do you keep our images safe?

Your photographs are backed up multiple times — on professional hard drives, off‑site backups, and secure cloud storage. Every camera I use records to dual memory cards, meaning each image is saved twice the moment it’s taken.

Yes. I’m fully insured, including professional indemnity cover up to £5 million. Additional cover can be arranged if your venue requires it.

What equipment do you use?

The outstanding balance is due four weeks before your wedding and is payable by bank transfer or cash — I do not currently have the facility to take credit card payments for the remaining balance.
