Beth and Louis’ pre‑wedding shoot at Rivington had that perfect mix of wild landscape and quiet, tucked‑away corners that suits them so well. Rivington is one of those places where you can wander from woodland to water to open fields in just a few minutes, and we made the most of it — walking through tall grass, exploring the forest paths and stopping by the lakeside as the light softened. Everything about the session felt relaxed and unforced: natural movement, easy laughter, and the two of them just settling into the space together. It’s the kind of location that gives you room to breathe, and they leaned into that beautifully.
The shoot also set the tone for their Wedding at Stirk House. The calm connection they brought to Rivington — the way they walk together, the way they look at each other, the way they settle into a moment — carried straight through to their day in the Ribble Valley.
