1-2-1 mentoring DAYS
I am constantly pushing myself to improve my photography which is why I have set up a 1-2-1 mentoring programme to help develop passionate photographers looking to learn more about my approach to wedding photography.
My mentoring programme consists of spending the day shooting alongside me at a top cheshire wedding venue. We'll be photographing a gorgeous loved up couple throughout the day and all images you take will go to help build your own wedding photography portfolio.
The day will consist of:
Meet & greet
A brief chat about your previous photography experience and an introduction to wedding photography
Photographing bride preparation
Photographing groom preparation
Bridal portrait photography
Groom portrait photography
A mock wedding ceremony and how I photograph the ceremony
Bride & Groom portraits in the grounds and gardens
A mock first dance and how I photograph the first dance
I will take you through every step of the way as to how I approach a typical wedding. This involves all everything before the wedding (organisation before the day) and hints and tips on how I shoot the wedding throughout the day (prep to first dance). We'll also work with a variety of techniques you can use to bring an element of creativity to your photographs and make them stand out from the crowd.
After the day you can use all of the photographs you've taken during the day to help build your own wedding photography portfolio.
What you'll need:
To get the most out of our day together it is preferable you have your own fully charged SLR camera (I can lend you one if you don't have one)
A selection of lenses also helps (again I can lend these out if needed - I have a selection of portrait, wide-angle, macro and primes I use for wedding photography)
Comfortable clothes. No need to wear anything formal and uncomfortable - although suitable clothing attire for a wedding day will be covered on the day
Food and beverages will be provided during the day.
If you are interested in being 1-2-1 mentored for the day and would like some further information why not drop me an e-mail?
